Hot-Bath Therapy

Hot-Bath Therapy is soaking in hot water bath with blends

of natural essential oils.

As early as 2,000 B.C., Egyptians used hot baths to ease pain and

invoke relaxation by placing sizzling rocks into water. In Ancient

Greece, elaborate structures were built around natural hot springs as

early-day hospitals and meeting places; there, the father of medicine himself--Hippocrates--prescribed these soothing soaks as treatment for conditions ranging from jaundice to rheumatism.

Today, medical research confirms the traditional belief that putting yourself in hot water, literally, may keep your health out of it, metaphorically.

In my therapy, I use essential oils like eucalyptus, peppermint, lavender, and many others for the hot bath.

Your body will absorb the healing essence from those plants through your skin and through inhaling the oil infused air.

Depending on your condition, the composition of essential oils will be different.

I will determine after consultation which type of essential oils are to be used for your condition.

Bath time healing is used for alleviating colds, flu, influenza,
joints pain, muscle tension, stress, worries, balancing emotional
extremes, headache, brain damage, female problems, infections, opening your

heart to love, heighten insight and intuition.

With warmed relaxed body, the following workout and massage will be more effectively done.

We use only 100% pure natural essential oil.
