Self-Alignment Workout

Self-Alignment Workout is a workout to re-align your bony structure to a balanced position by yourself using your own weight and unique poses.  

 

Just as Yoga instructor does poses, you can follow my poses and you will soon learn how to self-align yourself.   



Its goal is to achieve correct posture by creating space between shrinked/twisted muscle and strengthening muscle that supports correct posture.  It will help build resilient and flexible muscle that can generate heat and store energy.  You will learn to relax and how to listen to your body.  You will eliminate waste substance from your body.  This is a great workout that will work to achieve a pain-free body!
